
Noora Ahola
Interim CEO and Environmental Director
Noora Ahola is Interim CEO and Environmental Leader, Finland for Mawson. Noora is a Forestry Engineer with a Masters Degree in Landscape Management. She has developed strong experience within the Finnish environmental administration, applying environmental legislation towards nature protection. Her most recent role has been with The Centre for Economic Development, Transport and the Environment for Lapland (ELY-Centre) in the Nature Protection Unit as a project manager for a program based on developing biodiversity and ecological connections between Natura 2000 sites. As Environmental Leader, Noora sets Environmental Policy with senior management, and is responsible for environmental monitoring and management plans. She is responsible for identifying and managing key environmental risks associated with Mawson's projects and for ensuring environmental factors are effectively addressed and managed. Working closely with local communities and government, Noora manages consultants and ensures that environmental criteria are integrated into the design of exploration projects. The role is a key member of the exploration team and is responsible for ensuring all environmental requirements are delivered on time and within scope.

Michael Hudson
Executive Chairman and Director
Mr. Michael Hudson, B.Sc. (Hons 1st) is an explorationist and entrepreneur. During the last 30 years he has developed and financed mineral exploration properties and since 2004 has headed Mawson Gold Ltd (TSX:MAW) as Chairman, CEO and Director. He graduated from the University of Melbourne in 1990 with a B.Sc. (Hons 1st) in Geology and more recently received the Tolhurst Noall Prize for "Mining Investment Analysis" in Victoria, Australia for the FINSIA Graduate Diploma. Starting his career underground for 3 years in Broken Hill in 1990 with Pasminco Ltd., he has managed and developed exploration to pre-feasibility projects in Pakistan, Australia, Peru, Argentina, Mexico, Finland, Spain, Portugal and Sweden for major and junior mining companies. He was an integral team member for the discovery of the Portia gold deposit in the Olary district of South Australia, the Duddar Pb-Zn mine in Pakistan, the Norra Karr REE deposit in Sweden and the Rompas-Rajapalot gold-cobalt resource in Finland. He is also a founder and director of Hannan Metals Ltd (TSXV:HAN), a company with copper and silver interests in Peru and is a director of Sixty Six Capital Inc. (CSE:SIX). He is a Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and Member of both the Society for Economic Geologists and Australian Institute of Geoscientists.

Nick DeMare
CFO
Mr. DeMare, a chartered professional accountant, has been President of Chase Management Inc. since 1991, providing accounting, management, securities regulatory compliance and corporate secretarial services to private and public-listed companies. Mr. DeMare also serves as an officer and/or director of a number of public-listed companies. Mr. DeMare holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia and is a member in good standing of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia.

Colin Maclean
Director
Mr. Colin Maclean B.A (First Class Honours Geology). Mr Maclean is a founding partner and former Deputy Chairman of The Sentient Group's Resources Funds ("Sentient"). For the decade prior to joining Mawson he stewarded a number of Sentient's investments as a director of the investee companies under his direct responsibility. Prior to joining Sentient, he spent 14 years in funds management at the Private Capital division of the AMP Society, then Australia's foremost investing institution. Prior to AMP, he spent 15 years as an exploration geologist, mainly with the Exxon Minerals group, exploring for uranium, gold and other ore deposit types in Australia, South Africa, the USA and Europe. His most senior field role was Exploration Manager for Exxon Minerals Germany, where his team was successful in delineating a uranium deposit.

Philip Williams
Director
Mr. Williams brings more than 15 years of mining and finance industry experience. His diverse work experience includes roles in corporate development, as a sell-side research analyst, in fund management and most recently as managing director of investment banking focused on the metals and mining sector. In each of these roles, he focused a significant amount of time on the exploration industry. As a research analyst at Westwind Partners, Mr. Williams worked with a team that covered a range of commodities including precious and base metals, diamonds and uranium. In late 2008, he joined Pinetree Capital, a natural resource focused investment fund, in the role of VP Business Development. During his time there, he was responsible for analyzing and monitoring investments and was also appointed to the board of directors of several investee companies. In 2012, he joined Dundee Capital Markets (now Eight Capital) in the investment banking group. As a Managing Director, he successfully completed equity financings across a wide range of commodities and was a named advisor on multiple M&A transactions.

John Jentz
Director
Mr. Jentz is a seasoned mining professional and company director. During his 20+ year career in mining, Mr. Jentz has held roles across investment banking and mining corporates – most notably in recent positions of VP Corporate Development of Semafo Gold and Director of North American Palladium, each of which were acquired for ~C$1B in the last 3 years. He has a strong corporate strategy mindset, mining capital markets experience which spans institutional, HNW and retail investor bases, and a corporate finance skill base relevant across the capital structure.Mr. Jentz has a HBSc (Actuarial) from the University of Western Ontario, and MBA from McMaster University and is both a Charted Accountant (CA) and Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA). He is currently the Lead Director of Consolidated Uranium Inc. (TSXV: CUR).

Bruce Griffin
Director
Mr Griffin is an accomplished resources industry professional with over 30 years of experience. Mr. Griffin serves as Executive Chairman of Sheffield Resources (ASX: SFX) and as a non-executive director of CVW CleanTech (CVW: TSXV). In addition, Mr. Griffin has held several chief executive and senior management roles with mineral sands and titanium dioxide pigment companies. Prior roles include executive, commercial, strategy and management consulting positions with BHP, Graincorp and Bain & Company, which followed a 9-year career with Shell. He holds undergraduate degrees in chemical engineering and economics, as well as a Master of Business Administration.

Mariana Bermudez
Corporate Secretary
Ms. Bermudez has over 20 years of experience providing corporate secretarial, corporate governance and securities regulatory compliance services to public-listed companies, including four years of experience as legal secretary/assistant with two Vancouver law firms in the securities and corporate commercial areas. Ms. Bermudez serves as corporate secretary and corporate governance advisor to various reporting issuers listed on the TSX or TSXV.

Dr Nick Cook
Technical Advisor
Dr Nick Cook obtained his Bachelor of Science with Honours (Geology) from the University of Otago in 1985, then a PhD (Geology) from the University of New England in 1994. He has over 20 years of global experience in exploration and exploration-focused research geology. He has previously acted as Vice-President Exploration for Mawson.

Bouke van 't Riet
Technical Advisor Mawson Oy
Bouke van 't Riet is an experienced mining engineer with specific Finland expertise. He specializes in mine planning, operational audits and project evaluation. Most recently he was responsible for the technical management of Anglo American's Sakatti project in Finland where he assisted the CEO with outlining project plans, setting of project goals & deadlines, and evaluating performance with a strong focus on technical solutions in support of Safety Health Environment and Community. His expertise is a key asset for Rajapalot's evolution from discovery through to resource expansion to potential development.

Nicholas Mead
Manager Corporate Development
Mr Mead has over 20 years experience in business development and investor relations experience primarily in the global mining investment sector but also in property and infrastructure. Mr Mead started his career as a political risk analyst for WMC Resources Ltd in Brazil on the CVRD privatisation opportunity. Mr Mead then worked as an investment analyst at AMP Asset Management and mining analyst for Cazenove in Sydney, Australia. Mr Mead then worked for The Sentient Group, a global private equity investor in the mining sector, where he became Partner for Investor Relations concentrating on developing and maintaining relations with investors, consultants and stakeholders. During his time at Sentient, Mr Mead directly managed the raising for three separate investment funds totalling more that US$2bn. Since his time at Sentient, Mr Mead has worked with start up and existing businesses in the mining, property and infrastructure sectors to either raise funds or to advise on investor and stakeholder management. An Australian citizen, Mr Mead has also lived in Brazil, the UK and Canada. He is a graduate of Monash University, the University of Oxford and the Securities Institute of Australia.
